“Do you remember your F.L.A.M.E?”

fire-quotes-8

The definition of F.L.A.M.E. is to have a burning zeal or passion to be brilliant, to be the best.  Many athletes search for what makes the difference.  Here are some questions that creep into the minds of many: how can I keep going when it gets tough? why is it so hard? why is this happening to me? how can I move towards my goal? when will it happen for me?  These are a few questions that can discourage many people, but not a champion. The F.L.A.M.E burns deep inside each of our hearts, we are  born with it and it is our responsibility to remember the F.L.A.M.E in inside.

All athletes have something inside of them to inspire,to motivate, and a desire to become successful on and off the field of life.  All athletes must have unique qualities to separate, to become a champion and dig deep inside to remain focused on the goal of being the best. These 5 unique qualities lie in the hearts of a Champion: F—Fearlessness, L-Love, A- Attitude, M-Mental Toughness and the Everlasting Edge.

F–Fearlessness because the champion must see through fear and know that greatness is on the horizon. L–Love because the champion must see through challenges and know that it is all worth it. A–Attitude because the champion must see through difficult times with precise focus. M–Mental Toughness because the champion must see the process and know that the mind is the strongest asset in the world.  E–Everlasting Edge -this is the ultimate ingredient that ignites the F.L.A.M.E inside.

The F.L.A.M.E. is the edge that separates the great from the good, the famous from the great and the legendary from the great.  So I challenge every athlete to answer the question:  “Do you remember your F.L.A.M.E.?” When the champion ignites the F.L.A.M.E dreams come true!!!!
