Isa Alvarez started training at Champions Quest in December of 2014 with goals to make the Los Alamitos Varsity Volleyball team by her Senior year, improve her vertical, and improve her quickness on the court. In just 6 months she has improved over 100%! You can see some of her major improvements below. Isa works hard during every training session, making sure that every exercise is done correctly, and never ending on a bad repetition. Outside of Champion’s Quest and high school volleyball Isa also plays club volleyball for a very competitive club. Moving up to a new division this year she had to work hard to earn a solid spot on her team. As a libero in volleyball she needed body control and quick reaction on the court. In the games that I have seen her play, she has gained that and more. She is aggressive on the court, getting to balls that looked like no one could get them, and communicating well with her teammates. I am excited to keep pushing Isa as we work towards her future goals like making the Los Al Varsity team and getting a scholarship to play volleyball in college. Great job Isa! Keep up the good work!!
