CQ Success Story – Reilly Hayes

Reilly Hayes is a junior at Long Beach Poly High School and rows for Long Beach Jr. Crew. She joined the Champion’s QUEST Athlete Academy September of last year and has been rapidly improving every since. She comes in for one private a week after her long hours of practice, and works as hard as anyone else, never complaining about her long days. She is a tremendous athlete as well as an inspirational leader for her junior crew.  She has her eyes set on rowing for top universities and with her work ethic and ability is sure to be a huge asset to any school that she chooses.

Some of Reilly’s achievements are shown below:

Reilly has been working with Athlete Performance Coach Meggan Brunette, and this is what she has to say about Reilly since entering the Champion’s QUEST Athlete Academy. “ She has fought through back injury to reach a new PR this spring and is looking to break 7:20 on her 2k this year. After long hours of practice on the water, she comes in for an extra hour each week to improve her strength and core stability. She does amazingly well in school, and puts equal effort into her training. She will definitely be a top star for universities to be looking at next Fall.”

Congrats Reilly on your huge improvements can’t wait to see how much you improve in the next quarter!”
