CQ Success Story – Anthony Palacios

Another Champion’s Quest athlete is making that extra effort to achieve greatness. Anthony Palacios began his training to dominate the field at Champion’s Quest in September of last year. Anthony trains three times a week in speed and strength on top of his team training with his football team.  Anthony was one of the first athletes to reach the champion level in the Champion’s QUEST Athlete Academy. Anthony’s hard work and dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed, his high school coach gave him the honor of leading his team as captain. Anthony will lead his team his senior year as an offensive and defensive player.

Some of Anthony’s achievements are shown below:

Anthony has been working with Athlete Performance Coach Blake Busson, and this is what he has to say about Anthony since entering Champion’s Quest Academy. “It is with my pleasure to acknowledge Anthony for being an outstanding athlete. I have had the honor of being Anthony’s athlete performance coach for the past two years. He has matured not only into a great athlete, but also a respectful young man. Anthony was the second athlete ever to score at a Champion level, and it is a result of his hard work and dedication in the gym and on the field. Anthony has the potential to become a phenomenal football player. He has the strength, quickness, and power that allows him to play on both sides of the ball. His strength has dramatically increased over the past few years and he has been consistently running the 40 yd. dash in the sub 4.8 second range. Anthony will continue to get better on the field and be a threat to the opposing team because he is a fierce competitor.”

Congrats Anthony on your huge improvements in your first 12 weeks and we can’t wait to see where you are in 12 more weeks.
