As a parent we all know that getting our athletes to eat the right foods is difficult enough let alone having the time to prepare healthy meals. We also need to ask ourselves, “My kid is an athlete, do they need specific foods to increase their performance?”
Mark your calendars, because on Tuesday 12/1/09 we are having a FREE “Cooking for Performance” seminar here at our facility from 7:00 – 8:00 pm. That’s right, it’s FREE to everyone. You can bring as many guests as you would like! The seminar will be led my certified nutritionist Jason Deyo. He is a kinesiology graduate from USC and is a past muti-sport athlete.
